About a weekThe base of almost every interior we do, and the part every quote you get will cover.
Hector prices the job himself, his crew cleans up every evening, and nobody calls it finished until he has walked it with you.

Every room, every ceiling, one crew, one schedule. Single floors and multi-room projects too.

The base of almost every interior we do, and the part every quote you get will cover.

Baseboards, casings, crown, built-ins, interior doors. The finish work that takes the longest and shows the most.

A real process, not a spray and go. Everything comes off, gets cleaned, sealed and finished in stages.
Not a salesperson, not a subcontractor. The owner walks your house, asks what you are trying to get to, and prices it on the spot. The written proposal breaks out every step, so you can see what you are paying for before you decide anything.
And you can reach him after that. Text Hector on a Saturday evening and you will hear back. It is the number one reason people give for choosing us.

Real samples go on your walls, so you see them in morning light and evening light. The same wall, the same five samples, eight in the morning and eight at night.

They painted swatches on each floor so we could get a sense of the color in different lights and in conjunction with the different wood colors in our home. We went with the color they recommended and love it!Brian Wojcik · Color consultation
Every step is scheduled in advance, so you know which days are disruptive and which are not before we start.

Plastic up. Furniture, floors, fixtures and mirrors covered. Spray areas sealed off completely.
Caulking, filling, sanding, priming. Where our crew spends the time.
Benjamin Moore, room by room, on a schedule you know in advance.
Trash out, area swept, vacuums off the vans. You get your house back each night.
Hector walks it with you. If there is one thing you are not happy with, we are not done.

Caulking, filling, sanding, priming. Prep is most of what separates a paint job that lasts from one that looks fine for a year. It is also the difference between a one week quote and a four week quote on the same house. A quote that skips it is not a cheaper version of this job, it is a different job.
Since Hector has been in the painting business for quite a long time, it was no surprise to me that he was not the lowest bidder, but the value, craftsmanship, and peace of mind he delivered made the investment absolutely worthwhile.Gordon Tibbits · Interior painting
Here is the honest version, so you can plan around the week that matters.
Routine. We work room by room, isolate the area we are in, and keep the rest of your house usable.
The overspray and the smell are strong enough that if you have kids in the house, Hector will tell you straight that it is a good week to be somewhere else.
The difference between the one week bar and the four week bar is millwork and prep. A house with a lot of millwork is a month, and we would rather tell you that up front than discover it in week three. Either way you find out at the estimate, not halfway through.
“They just finished painting our entire two-story house and were meticulous with every detail. What stood out most was the great communication; we always knew the schedule and what to expect. On top of the high-quality work, the price was very reasonable.”

“From start to finish Hector was responsive and thorough. The team went above and beyond painting the interior of our home and all the millwork. There were even areas beyond the original scope that they picked up simply because it would improve the end result.”

“Hector’s attention to detail really stood out. Nothing escaped his notice, he thoroughly inspected his team’s work, caught imperfections I missed, and never rushed.”

It depends on square footage, ceiling height, how much millwork there is, and whether the walls need real prep. There is no useful number to put on a website. Hector measures it, talks through the scope with you, and gives you a written proposal that breaks out every step, usually on the spot.
No. Plenty of our clients hand over a key and go to work. What matters is that you are reachable for the color and finish calls that come up mid-job.
Bring it to the walkthrough. If it is from a licensed, insured company covering the same scope with the same grade of materials, Hector will look at it with you and work with you on the number.
